Peer Review Process

Each submitted paper, after a positive editoral opinion, undergo a double blind peer review process.

Typically the redaction seeks opinion of two independent referees. Each manuscript is checked under the following criteria:

- on current interest in the presented problems.

If the paper receives two contradictory reports, the redaction seeks for the third referee.
